Orders for parts, vacuum bags, and accessories placed after 2:00 PM PST, will ship the following business day.
Please call us for a custom shipping quote. Any expedited, special or additional services (e.g. Arrival Notification, Liftgate Delivery, Inside Delivery, or Residential Delivery) must be added prior to shipping and is the consignee’s responsibility. All additional charges will be added to the customers invoice.
All shipments are packed with great care. Any visible &/or concealed damage must be noted on the delivery slip at the time of delivery. It is the receiver’s responsibility to open and inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. VacSmart™ is released from all responsibilities, including those associated with damage except when noted on the delivery receipt.
A Tip n Tell damage indicator is placed on each shipment. If activated this indicates the shipment may have been mishandled during transit. Any shipment with an activated Tip n Tell should be refused due to possible damage. If this occurs please contact us immediately.
