  • Do you provide HACCP plans for freezing and vacuum packaging cooled, pre-blanched veggies; cooked and cooled dry beans and whole grains; mixed veggie burger patties; frozen liquids (veg. broth, cider, pureed fruits & veggies) and pre-soaked and frozen whole grain “hot” cereal? I pre-freeze liquids in aluminum pans and vacuum pack the frozen food. It fits into a Freezer Meal kit nicely instead of having a bulging bag.
